Having experienced sexual, physical, emotional abuse; bulimia, and infidelity in her own life, Christina Young knows the impact emotional trauma can have on you.
After 35 years of marriage and at the age of 59 she found herself making the decision to leave as she was not happy and knew life is too precious and short not to be. Little did she know that life was going to get a whole lot worse, emotionally and mentally before she found the happiness and love she now has with herself. Her pursuit of happiness led Christina to researching the power of her thoughts, subconscious mind and the science that supports this ancient wisdom.
Christina is the proud mother of three children, and a grandmother to two. Through her children she learnt so much, and knows that she did not always get things right, but anyone who knows Christina will often be heard saying “you must be very proud of how your children have turned out and the great job you did”. Christina is now passing on her learnings to her grandchildren.
Christina knows that whatever age you are, you can live without fear and be the happy carefree child you once were. When you are willing to let go that is when the magic in your life happens and you can live your life as the real you with happiness, true love and connection, not only with yourself but with others as well.
Christina is also the author of “A Woman’s Guide To Forgiving Infidelity”and is often referred to by the media when celebrities are having relationship difficulties, especially around infidelity. Christina has been on television and radio and in many of the National Newspapers and Magazines.
All of her working life has been about working with people and helping them in one way or another. She is passionate about helping others and all of her coaching is done from a loving, caring and safe environment.
