Steph grew up in Switzerland and came to England in 1993 aged 17 to study English. She felt an instant connection to this country and harboured a sense that she had returned to her roots.

Steph grew up around a holistic approach to wellbeing, her family having chosen natural and homeopathic medicine over the conventional option.

Having worked in the travel industry and having been fortunate enough to travel the world, Steph settled in Bournemouth with her husband and two sons. When the boys started school, Steph studied homeopathy for four years and was admitted as a member of the Society of Homeopaths. She went on to qualify as an Asyra bio-resonance practitioner, using bio-energetic health screening in order to allow her to gently find the root cause of her patient’s imbalances and possible causes of symptoms. In 2020, Steph became an accredited Sue Stone foundation member. This has provided her with more tools to support her client’s healing, as well as helping them create a higher quality of life for themselves.

Steph understands the importance of living at a higher vibrational frequency and that we are all energetic beings. Steph guides her clients to find their path to create the higher quality of life that they truly deserve. She is passionate about health, wellbeing and loves sharing her knowledge and experience with her clients.

What happens in a consultation:

Whether you visit her private clinic in Bournemouth; have a distance consultation via video call or have a hair analysis, Steph will ask your body carefully targeted questions in order to find the imbalance at that precise moment. This is done by holding two brass masses and is both non-invasive and painless. The Asyra CEDS (Computerised Electro Dermal Screening) system highlights any physical, mental and emotional imbalances.

After full case history is taken , a unique and personal remedy is then made and is taken daily for a specific period of time. The remedy triggers the body’s own ability to address the root cause of the dis-ease.

Rachel is a vocal coach and professional singer who is passionate about empowering people with finding their voice through singing. She specialises in working with those who have never dared really sing before, but who would just like to know if they have a singing voice and how to get the best out of it.

She takes them on this journey of discovery into uncovering their voice, finding their true natural voice, and teaching them about the tricks of the trade, the singer’s toolkit. So, not only do they sound better, but they feel great as well, because it’s a proven fact that singing is so good for our health and wellbeing and is overall such an uplifting activity.

Daiga is fluent in 3 languages – English, Latvian and Russian, she is a Sue Stone Foundation Accredited Coach/NLP Life Coach/ BACP Counsellor/Psychotherapist, also holding an Institute Leadership Management Certificate.

Daiga’s personal journey started in Latvia, where she gains first management and people skills in the catering industry.

A major change in Daiga’s life was the move to England. After she had done a number of management courses, where some parts of psychological training were involved, she discovered that it really interested her. Throughout her life Daiga developed a pattern of some soul damaging relationships.

She has firsthand experience about life’s ups and downs when a few times she had to start her life from nothing. Daiga always had the ability to support and listen to others and at some point she realised that she wanted to do that as her career and take on Psychotherapy studies while doing full time leadership work. As studies progressed and got more intense, Daiga decided to leave behind her stressful leadership role and stayed in the company as a full time member of the team. She never looked back since.

Daiga has a deep knowledge on how challenging it can be to integrate into another culture, and start life from nothing, now she is in the situation where she is capable to help others to overcome their challenges. Whilst Daiga has a diploma in Life Coaching and Therapy she states she is not a ‘Text Book’ coach, as she integrates all her life’s experience, knowledge and skills gained over the years in her client work , treating every single client as an individual and finding different ways in order to meet their needs.

Jemma is a mum of two beautiful children, one boy and one girl.

She has been through many challenges having been in an abusive toxic relationship that took all her confidence and self worth. Going through a painful divorce she suffered with anxiety, severe depression and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Becoming a Sue Stone accredited coach gave her the tools she needed to turn her life around.

She is now dedicated to helping others live the life they deserve using all her knowledge and life experiences.
