Following 30 years in corporate senior management Beverley quite literally crashed out in 2009, suffering from ill health. Throughout 2009 \/ 2010 Beverley travelled on a journey thorough depression and anxiety which ultimately led to a decision to train as a life coach in order to inspire and help others move their lives forward in a positive way.  Awaken life coaching was then founded in 2010 and is an innovative company that wants to help you live your life to its full potential. While Beverley has a diploma in life coaching, she states she is not a \u2018Text Book\u2019 coach, as this combined with a wealth of life experience and covering roles in the majority of departments in the business field enables her to support clients whether it is as a life or business empowerment coach.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Beverley now has another two books available on Kindle, \u2018The Simple Guide to Business Confidence\u2019 and \u2018If You think You can You can\u2019, the simple guide to positive living.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Through \u2018Awaken\u2019 she has also recently launched a new coaching programme which has been devised to assist start-up \/ new or those thinking about starting a business to understand the \u2018business blurb\u2019 that at times seem so daunting. The Business Surgery consists of workshops, a membership and a mentorship programme along with books and coaching sessions with Beverley. There are also opportunities to attend the full day\u2019s workshop, \u2018The Business Surgery \u2018where attendees will leave equipped and in the right mindset to take their business journey from where it is today to where the attendees want it to be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Beverley\u2019s charity work as a volunteer includes giving voice to depression through which to end stigma and discrimination with \u2018Time to Change Wales\u2019 as well as acting as an ambassador for \u2018Bullies Out\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a business owner Beverley has recently been awarded \u2018Inspirational Business Woman of the Year 2013\u2019 by the Forest Business Women\u2019s Network and works as a Business Mentor for Business Wales.
